We had a fantastic stay here! The hotel is located right next to a busy tram stop which means it's easy to get around. Alternatively, it's only around a 30 minute walk from the main square and within walking distance from most popular sightseeing. The staff were incredibly friendly and helped us make arrangements to get from the airport as well as to Auschwitz with zero moral service.

Staff were welcoming, wi-fi was good, and I enjoyed its unbeatable location just next door to Schindler's factory, Krakow. Tasty breakfast options, the food was brilliant. Don't forget to explore Podgorze district. The early check-in process too

The property was fairly clean and stunningly beautiful, had very good staff and rooms. They gave us wheelchair accessible room with TV, Wi-fi, as for instance and that was essential. 10 minutes on foot and you're near the bus stop. It made our trip to Krakow a really great experience.

The hotel is very clean with spacious and well-equipped rooms, including a kitchen and separate living areas. The location is convenient with a tram stop just a short walk away, making it easy to reach the city center and Schindler's Factory.
